Comprehensive Privacy Notice for Clients
IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE
ACA TETIK SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSIBILIDAD LIMITADA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE (hereinafter, “PROMEXART”), with address at Calzada de los Heroes 31, Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, informs you that, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter, “LFPDPPP”), and other applicable regulations, is responsible for the processing of the following personal data of its clients (hereinafter, the “Owner”):

- iii) Employment data;
- iv) Academic data;
- v) Asset data; vi) Fiscal Data.
2.1 SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
PROMEXART does not collect sensitive personal data from the Owner. It is important to mention that items 2 and 2.1 previously mentioned are categories of personal data; If you need to know each of the personal data that is collected, please contact the PROMEXART Privacy Officer through the means indicated in this privacy notice.
PURPOSES OF TREATMENT
PROMEXART requires the previously mentioned personal data to carry out the following purposes:
i) Identify the person who contracts any of the products and/or services offered by PROMEXART.
ii) Verify and validate the information provided by the Owner for the contracting of any of the products and/or services offered by PROMEXART.
iii) Carry out the registration and registration of the Owner who acquires the various products and/or services offered by PROMEXART;
iv) Generate files for monitoring the Owner;
v) The contracting of insurance by PROMEXART and/or by the Owner that is mandatory and/or related to the product or services provided by PROMEXART;
vi) Carry out the procedures inherent to the granting and collection of credits;
vii) Prepare a list of clients to whom promissory notes or invoices are released;
viii) Verification of voting credential data in the verification service;
ix) Send invoices to customers who request home delivery;
x) Carry out support activities and clarifications for the Owner;
xi) Carry out internal and external audits;
xii) Implement the activities inherent to the collection of debts or delays in payments;
xiii) Validate the financial conditions of people who have debts or delays in payments;
xiv) Prevent and detect fraud or other crimes; and,
xv) Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and legal provisions.
3.1. SECONDARY OR ACCESSORY PURPOSES
i) Make welcome calls to new customers who purchase a product;
ii) Implement activities to measure service quality; and,
iii) Carry out marketing, advertising, promotion and telemarketing activities of the goods, products and/or services offered by PROMEXART, by any material and/or electronic means.
MECHANISMS SO THAT THE OWNER CAN EXPRESS HIS/HER REFUSAL FOR PURPOSES SECONDARY OR ACCESSORIES
State, as Owner of the personal data provided, if you wish for it to be processed by PROMEXART for the secondary purposes referred to in point 3.1 of this privacy notice.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
Transfers are communications of personal data made to other companies other than PROMEXART or, failing that, to subsidiaries, affiliates or controllers; In this sense, we inform you that PROMEXART transfers your personal data only in the following cases: Transfers that do not require your authorization:
i) To the Mexican Postal Service, to send invoices to clients who request it;
ii) To the insurers hired by the Owner, to prepare a report on the claims;
iii) To the National Electoral Institute; to verify and validate the authenticity of the data and documents provided by the Owner regarding their identity;
iv) To the suppliers that provide services to PROMEXART; including external audit services;
v) To other financial institutions, when PROMEXART assigns, transmits, transfers, affects, encumbers or negotiates, in any way, the credit rights of the credit(s) that are registered in the credit opening contracts entered into; or in the promissory notes subscribed thereunder by the Holder; or when PROMEXART celebrates mergers or splits in which the Owner is involved;
vi) To our subsidiaries, affiliates or controllers, to carry out the operation and administration of the contracted credits, when PROMEXART celebrates mergers or divisions in which said companies are involved;
vii) To the competent authority, in the event that it legally requests your personal data; and,
viii) In the case of a merger or division, to the company that acquires the legal obligations when carrying out the union or separation of PROMEXART.
TRANSFER ACCEPTANCE MECHANISM
All the previously mentioned transfers are necessary to comply with the relationship you acquire with PROMEXART, in this sense, it is not possible to oppose them being carried out and for this reason, it is not necessary for you to accept them.
MEANS AND PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS AND TO REVOCATE THE CONSENT
CONSENT
The Owner has the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of his or her personal data (hereinafter, the “ARCO Rights”), in the cases provided for by the LFPDPPP; or, revoke your consent if it was previously granted. If the Owner wishes to exercise any of the ARCO Rights or revoke their consent, they will be able to know the procedure for this purpose, in the following ways: Going to the PROMEXART Personal Data Protection Department, located at Calzada de los Heroes 31, Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato. By sending an email to complaints@promexart.com, to the attention of the PROMEXART Privacy Officer. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Privacy Officer The Privacy Officer is the person formally designated by PROMEXART to supervise and respond to requests for the exercise of ARCO Rights or revocation of consent and to promote the protection of personal data within the organization. OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Owner may not provide his or her personal data and may not complete the process or follow-up of contracting products and/or services with PROMEXART.
USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS OR SIMILAR MECHANISMS
The PROMEXART Internet portal www.promexart.com.mx (hereinafter, the “Portal”), uses cookies; Cookies are data files that are stored on your hard drive when browsing the Portal and that allow the exchange of information on the status of the Portal and the Owner’s browser. If you wish to know the procedure to disable cookies, please consult the help section of your Internet browser. Through cookies, PROMEXART measures information about the Owner who visits the Portal. Therefore, PROMEXART collects the geographical information from which the Owner enters the Portal, as well as the operating system, the browser and the medium (search or advertisement) with which the Owner enters the Portal. Likewise, PROMEXART collects the average browsing time and statistics of the Owner’s most visited pages. PROMEXART obtains the aforementioned data in order to know the behavior of the Owner that is impacted through digital channels external to the Portal or that enter directly.
PROCEDURE AND MECHANISM TO KNOW CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Any change or update to this privacy notice may be consulted on the Portal, in the section “Privacy Notice”. The procedure is as follows:
(i) access the “Privacy Notice” section;
(ii) click on the Comprehensive Privacy Notice for Clients;
(iii) there you will find the current version with the date of the most recent update.
IMPROPER PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
If the Owner considers that his right to the protection of his personal data has been harmed by any conduct or omission on the part of PROMEXART, or presumes any violation of the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and other applicable regulations, he may file his disagreement or complaint with the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data. CONSENT
The Owner of the personal data provided to B PROMEXART, states that he has read the Comprehensive Privacy Notice for Clients, that he knows the categories of personal data collected (including the categories related to property data), as well as the purposes for the processing of his personal data; the transfers that PROMEXART carries out and that you freely consent to the processing of your personal data in the terms described in this privacy notice. All processing of personal data will be subject to the express or tacit consent of the Owner, except for the exceptions provided for by the LFPDPPP. In accordance with article 8 of the LFPDPPP, it will be understood that the Owner, respectively, consents to the processing of his personal data in a manner: (i) tacitly, when this privacy notice has been made available to him, through the Portal, he does not express any opposition; and, (ii) expressly, when you sign this privacy notice by hand, as indicated below.
